Deposits 

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which will be fully applied to your service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in the deposit being retained by the salon.

No shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be retained by the salon.

Late arrivals

We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Our busy schedule often doesn’t allow us to extend appointments for late arrivals. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, there are times when this won’t be possible.

•If we cannot adjust for a late arrival, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be retained.

•A new appointment will need to be booked, requiring a new deposit.

Patch test

Patch tests are mandatory without exceptions, as your safety is our priority.

When Required: Patch tests must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment at one of our salons.

Repeat Patch Tests: If it has been over 6 months since your last appointment with us, or if your medical history has changed, a new patch test will be required.

Patch tests are free of charge. However, if you arrive for your appointment without completing a required patch test, you will still be charged for the originally booked service. For example, if you booked a tint and wax but do not have a completed tint test, you will still be charged for both services, even if only the wax can be performed.
